1. About AZFN

Arizona Football Network (“AZFN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a sports media and information platform serving Arizona’s football community. The Site includes a searchable directory of football-related organizations, vendors, and services; original media content; an events calendar; and related features. AZFN is operated from Arizona, USA.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain features — including submitting directory listings, claiming a profile, creating an account, subscribing to paid tiers, or posting content — require you to be at least 18 years old or have explicit permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, or authorized adult representative (for example, a coach acting on behalf of a team).

The Site is not directed to children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle children’s information.

3. Your Account

If you create an account or claim a directory listing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Take responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us promptly at info@arizonafootball.net if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used improperly.

4. Directory Listings

AZFN’s directory exists to help the Arizona football community find teams, leagues, trainers, facilities, events, vendors, and services. The following rules apply to listings:

If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to represent the organization, business, or program being listed
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading
  • You will update the listing if information changes materially
  • You are not impersonating another person, organization, or business

AZFN does not endorse or verify listings. A directory listing on AZFN does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by AZFN. We do not independently verify the credentials, qualifications, background, safety practices, insurance, or business standing of listed organizations or individuals. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence — particularly when selecting trainers, coaches, camps, leagues, or any service involving minors.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, refuse, or modify any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that we believe are inaccurate, misleading, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

5. User-Submitted Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Site, including directory information, event submissions, photos, logos, descriptions, comments, reviews, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. However, by submitting User Content, you grant AZFN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Site and AZFN’s services. This includes use in social media posts, newsletters, podcasts, and related media.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit
  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
  • Your User Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading

We may review, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion but are not obligated to do so.

6. Reviews, Ratings, and Comments

If and when the Site supports user reviews, ratings, or comments, you agree to:

  • Share only honest, first-hand experiences
  • Avoid defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content
  • Not post reviews of your own organization or your competitors
  • Not exchange compensation for reviews

AZFN may remove reviews or comments that violate these standards or that we believe are inauthentic, manipulative, or harmful. AZFN is not responsible for the content of user reviews or comments.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person or organization through the Site
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, or networks
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Use the Site to collect or solicit personal information from minors
  • Use AZFN content (text, photos, video, audio, podcasts, logos, etc.) for commercial purposes without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, branding, and functionality — including the AZFN name, logo, podcasts, articles, photographs, graphics, videos, and other materials produced by AZFN — are owned by Arizona Football Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share AZFN content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Any other use — including reposting, republishing, redistributing, or modifying AZFN content for commercial purposes — requires our written permission. Email info@arizonafootball.net for licensing or reuse inquiries.

9. Third-Party Content, Links, and Services

The Site includes links to and content from third parties, including teams, leagues, vendors, embedded videos and audio, social media platforms, and other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

References to specific products, services, organizations, or events do not constitute endorsement by AZFN.

10. Subscriptions and Paid Services

AZFN may offer paid subscription tiers, advertising packages, sponsored placements, market intelligence reports, and other paid services. When you purchase a paid service:

  • Pricing, billing cycles, and feature sets will be disclosed at the point of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise
  • Refund and cancellation terms specific to a given product or campaign will be presented at purchase
  • We may modify pricing or features with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. AZFN does not store full payment card details.

11. Disclaimers

The Site, its content, and the directory are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZFN disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

AZFN does not warrant that:

  • The Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
  • Directory listings or other content are accurate, complete, or current
  • Any organization, business, trainer, coach, or vendor listed on the Site is qualified, safe, reputable, properly insured, or suitable for your needs
  • Any outcome (recruiting, training, business, or otherwise) will result from this Site

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice. This includes content related to athletic training, recruiting, health, safety, business, legal, financial, or any other specialized field. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZFN, its owners, employees, contractors, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, AZFN’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid AZFN in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZFN and its owners, employees, contractors, advisors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
  • Any User Content you submit

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account, or any directory listing, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at admin@arizonafootball.net to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We’ll do the same.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the point of a specific service, constitute the entire agreement between you and AZFN regarding the Site.

  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
